Results week: buy once, wait, do not double-pay

On results morning, five relatives will offer to “just buy it.” Ewale will happily sell five vouchers. WAEC will not merge them into one super PIN.

What you need

1. One person appointed to buy.
2. A five-minute wait after the debit before anyone else dials.

The flow on *714*22#

1. Announce in the family chat that you are paying now.
2. Complete *714*22# once.
3. Share the SMS. Only then should anyone else spend money.

After you pay

If SMS is slow, check MoMo history. A successful debit means a voucher is being issued. A second debit is a second voucher.

If something fails

• Shop and USSD at the same time: Pick one channel. Parallel buying is how you pay twice.
• Failed PIN then success: The declined attempt did nothing. The later success is the real voucher. Do not add a third.

Appoint one buyer. Wait for one SMS. That is the results-week protocol.
