Ewale does not print a plastic card. The SMS is the card. Clearing “all messages” the night before results is how families lose paid vouchers.
Payments happen on Ewale (ewalepay.com or *714*22#), not on this blog.
What you need
- The original SMS.
- A second copy: screenshot, notebook, or a trusted person.
The flow on *714*22#
- After *714*22# succeeds, open SMS immediately.
- Write serial and PIN down.
- Do not factory-reset the phone until the result is checked.
After you pay
If the SMS is gone but MoMo shows a debit, support may help with the reference. That is slower than simply keeping the text.
If something fails
- Shared inbox: Another family member may delete “promotions.” Move the SMS or copy it out.
- Screenshot only: Better than nothing. Crop so serial and PIN stay readable.
The debit bought a voucher. The voucher lives in that SMS until you copy it elsewhere.
