Telecel data on Ewale is a named bundle, not a custom gigabyte slider. The menu lists packs. The one you confirm is the one that attaches to the number.
Payments happen on Ewale (ewalepay.com or *714*22#), not on this blog.
What you need
- A Telecel number.
- Clarity on whether you want a small daily pack or a monthly pack.
- Enough mobile money for the price shown, not a guess from last month.
The flow on *714*22#
- Dial *714*22#.
- Open Data bundles and select Telecel.
- Enter the number and choose the pack.
- Approve one prompt. Stay on the line until Ewale says it was sent.
After you pay
If the pack is for a child’s SIM, tell them not to buy another pack from a vendor until your SMS shows success.
If something fails
- Pack names look similar: Read validity, not only the price. A cheaper pack may expire tomorrow.
- Debit, no data: Wait, check Telecel bundle balance, then support with the SMS reference.
One debit, one pack. The SMS is the receipt for the bundle you actually selected.
