A parent in Kumasi can buy a WASSCE checker for a candidate in Tamale. The product is still a voucher. Whoever’s number pays is whoever must forward the SMS.
Payments happen on Ewale (ewalepay.com or *714*22#), not on this blog.
What you need
- The right exam type.
- An agreement that you will send serial and PIN immediately.
- The candidate’s index number on their side — you do not enter it on Ewale.
The flow on *714*22#
- Dial *714*22#, choose Education and the exam.
- Pay with your MoMo.
- Forward or photograph the SMS to the candidate.
- Tell them not to buy another checker until they have tried this voucher.
After you pay
If two relatives buy at the same time, you now own two vouchers. Coordinate in the family chat before anyone dials.
If something fails
- SMS left on your phone: The candidate cannot guess the PIN. Send it.
- They bought at a shop anyway: Extra vouchers are extra cost, not a refund of yours.
One family, one confirmed debit, unless you truly need two checks.
