What you need
- Source documents: SIM, meter sticker, decoder card.

- Copy from the object, not from memory.
- Use the name preview when Ewale offers it.
- If you already paid the wrong destination, treat that as done. Pay the right one next if you still need it, and ask support only about recovery — not magic conversion.
After you pay
Sometimes the “wrong” house is family and you can just tell them. Sometimes it is a stranger. Either way the first sale stands.
If something fails
- Transposed digits: Read back in groups of three or four.
- Old WhatsApp number: People port and replace SIMs. Ask for a fresh photo.
The confirm screen is the last cheap step. After PIN, you own that destination.
