After you pay
If they also visited an agent because they did not see your message, you both succeeded. Put the protocol in the family group: “I pay, I send SMS, nobody else pays.”
If something fails
- Voice note numbers: Always fail eventually. Use photos.
- Paying yesterday’s meter: Landlords change hardware. Refresh the photo.
