Bulk is quantity, not a shared PIN. If you buy 40 WASSCE checkers, you should receive 40 serial/PIN pairs (or 40 SMS, depending on how you routed “self vs other”).

What you need
- A list of candidates and exam type (all WASSCE or all BECE — do not mix in one confused checkout).
- Wallet balance for quantity × unit price on screen.

- Dial *714*22#. Pick one exam type.
- Enter quantity within the live limit.
- Pay once. Record every SMS or on-screen pair.
- Give each candidate their own voucher. Do not photocopy one PIN.
Other number
If the menu can SMS the student directly, use it. Otherwise you become the post office: forward each pair once.
If something fails
- One PIN for the whole class: WAEC will attach it to the first index. The rest fail.
Bulk buy, individual vouchers. That is the only bulk that works.
