2. Index number from the JHS.

FAQ

Is the checker the same as school placement?

No. Checker = WAEC grades. CSSPS = school. Do not skip the distinction on results week.

Can two children share one PIN?

No. Once a voucher is tied to an index, it is not a family pass.

Do I need a smartphone to buy?

No. *714*22# runs on a keypad phone. You may need a browser later to see grades.

What if results are withheld?

That message comes from WAEC, not from Ewale. A second voucher will not lift a withhold.

If something fails

• Paid twice in panic: Check both SMS threads. You may already have a working PIN.

BECE voucher, BECE portal, then CSSPS if you need the school name.
